About Sarah

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to improving the lives of others through the practice of psychotherapy. Sarah utilizes her education, training, and moreover, her drive to understand, learn and grow in order to increase each person’s overall well-being. Sarah practices with warmth and compassion as she tailors her therapeutic approach to each and every person she works with.

 

Education

Sarah attended University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign for her undergraduate studies where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. There she focused on biological psychology and began to research and invest in the relationship between mind and body. She then received her Master’s of Social Work from University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Being able to study in California was critical to Sarah’s now robust, mindfulness-based, therapeutic style.
